Our best-selling Laminate worktops feature a 20mm thick surface. This provides durability for general purpose and offers easy cleaning. This worktop has a strong resistance to oil, grease, weak acids, and milk alkalis. When choosing this worktop, you will be sure to have your workbench quickly with our 5-day free delivery!
If you require a MFC (Melamine Faced Chipboard), ours is 18mm thick. It is warp and splinter proof, to last the years to come. It is ideal for use with oils and high moisture environments, due to its resistance. In comparison, the Beech worktop is 27mm thick. Construct from high quality materials, it is tough and durable for working conditions. The Beech worktop is perfect for component work, and the soft surface reduces the chance of scratches. Moreover, it is easy to maintain with occasional sanding down and re-oiling to maintain appearance.
If you work in a classroom, laboratory, or workshop space, then the Linoleum worktop might be for you... Both hard wearing and easy to clean, the 20mm thick work surface is resistance to many liquids. Liquids may include diluted acids, oils, and solvents such as white spirit. Please note, it is not ideal for use with alkalis.
